The Assistant Engineer, Production Process Support (1-year Contract) is responsible for running engineering evaluations, collecting and compiling of data with simple analysis, and part measurements. The incumbent will also manage change order (CO) activities as well as non-conformance part movements.

This position reports to the Production Process Support Manager and is part of the Manufacturing Engineering department located in Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist in conducting engineering evaluation and troubleshooting
  • Create, update and maintenance of assembly procedures.
  • Coordinating/tracking non-conformance parts movement 
  • Other duties/ ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical Engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of working experience in lean manufacturing environment will be an advantage.
