CASETiFY is now hiring an Assistant E-commerce Marketplace Manager to manage the operations of our eCommerce platform.
Job Description
- Manage and monitor the daily operations of the eCommerce marketplace functions.
- Manage eCommerce marketplace quality control, assurance and maintenance.
- Work closely with various internal and external parties, including system development team, fulfilment, 3PLs etc.
- Define and implement marketplace strategy and listing optimization.
- Conduct analysis of performance using multiple data sources to drive sales growth and reach sales targets.
- Assist in new marketplace launch projects including working with external agencies and internal integration project.
Requirement
- Bachelor in eCommerce / Business or related disciplines.
- 4+ years hands-on experience in eCommerce and or Amazon account management.
- Solid knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, knowledge of tableau/SQL is a plus.
- Data-driven approach and adaptable to change.
- Good team player and able to develop overall team capabilities.
- Energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work fast-paced working environment.
- Good command in English and Cantonese.
