About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly variance analysis.
- Build and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to support scenario planning and key business decisions.
- Drive insightful analysis of financial results and business drivers; highlight risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Act as a strategic finance partner to business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Present financial information in a clear, compelling way to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Support business cases, investment evaluations, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Own and execute detailed financial work—no task is too small.
- Roll up your sleeves to gather data, perform analysis, and ensure accuracy in reports and presentations.
- Identify areas for automation or simplification of existing processes and lead initiatives to implement them.
- Develop and deliver high-quality management reporting and dashboards.
- Use visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to turn data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ensure financial reports are concise, intuitive, and tailored to the needs of different audiences.
- Continuously improve forecasting, reporting, and analytical tools and processes.
- Champion the use of technology in FP&A
About You:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in data visualization and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI).
- Experience in Adaptive Planning and Essabse is preferred.
- Hands-on, self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to convey financial data clearly and influence decisions.
