We are looking for a self-driven and detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a good work ethic to join our internal finance team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for finance operations, financial reporting, and general accounting activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, process accounting transactions, and prepare supporting schedules for month-end closing and audit purposes.
  • Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and other routine finance processes.
  • Assist in preparing reports, audit documentation, and data required for management reporting and compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
  • Provide administrative and ad-hoc support within the finance team as required.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in accountancy or finance related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Meticulous and analytical with numbers
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and experience in processing accounting transactions.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present financial data, is preferred.
  • Independent and self-motivated
