Job responsibilities
- Cultivate and strengthen business partnerships to drive sales and asset growth, ensuring the retention of assets across the Private Bank channel in Asia.
- Develop and sustain relationships with key decision-makers, gatekeepers, and influencers. Execute fund onboarding and maximize fundraising on client platforms.
- Analyze industry trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive business reports, manage business agreements, and represent the team effectively across various internal platforms.
- Collaborate to achieve overarching business objectives, including sales targets and key performance indicators.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 6+ years of established track record in financial industry, with strong relationships with key clients
- Deep understanding of Funds and Private Banking industry, clients and competition landscape; extensive market and product knowledge
- Excellent product knowledge across alternative investments, equities and fixed income
- Drive for Achievement: proven track record of in a financial sales environment; outstanding energy and results-oriented
- People and Relationship Management: build and manage relationships across organization and with clients
- Strong fiduciary and risk & control mindsets, with high standard of integrity
- Excellent communications in English and Cantonese are essential requirement for the client coverage

- Professional qualification in CFA
