We are seeking highly motivated and talented fresh graduates with less than 2 years of experience to join the ASPIRE: Prudential Corporate Graduate Programme. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are interested in becoming a future-ready leader. ASPIRE is a two plus three-year programme that offers a forward-looking, holistic and deliberate development programme aimed at accelerating progression for successful candidates through targeted interventions to build future-ready leaders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Rotate across various critical business functions throughout the organisation for the first two years, including Distribution, Customer, Risk & Compliance, Finance, and Operations, among others

• Lead and execute company-wide projects to drive strategic initiatives

• Attend training sessions and self-study to gain knowledge and insights into the insurance industry

• Participate in short-term projects to gain new skills and development opportunities
 

Who we are looking for:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.

• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Less than two years of working experience.
