- Develop and communicate a strategic plan for sustainable profitable growth
- Lead the underwriting team to ensure risk quality and proper insurance to value
- Foster a collaborative approach to growing the business with multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain risk appetite and underwriting guidelines following regulations.
- Leverage technical expertise to expand customer base in collaboration with Distribution, Marketing, IT and Operations
- Drive standardization of underwriting across all A&H products and territories.
- Capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement on products, value propositions, processes, systems, and the customer journey.
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships.
