As a Trade Support Analyst within the Currency Emerging Markets (CEM) Operations, you will play a key role in supporting our FX and FX Options business. You will be responsible for trades executed in the Asia region, attending to sales and trading queries, and liaising with various teams to resolve relevant issues. You will ensure robust controls and reconciliations in place to verify the completeness and accuracy of trade information. The individual will be working in a very fast-paced and demanding environment. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of FX and FX Options products, and have opportunities to participate in regional and global projects, including industry and regulatory initiatives, as well as sales and trading meetings.

Job Responsibilities
- Trade capture, validation, and processing of cancels, amends and trade lifecycle
- Allocate trades in risk management system according to clients' requests
- Maintain client reference data in relevant systems
- Attend to ad-hoc queries and requests from sales and trading
- Work with different stakeholders to improve and automate existing processes and controls, with a focus on global consistency alignment and digitization (e.g. robotics)
- Investigate and provide solutions to various queries from settlements and confirmations
- Complete operations projects and ad hoc requests to satisfy new initiatives and operations/technology enhancements (new system implementations)
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Minimally 1 year of working experience in the Trading Middle Office or Brokers environment
- Strong logical/analytical mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo
- Understanding of process flow, including ability to understand current flows and linkage between systems and think how the process can be improved/streamlined
- Good analytical skills, due diligent and keen attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a very fast paced and stressful environment
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Previous experience in FX Options sales and/or trading middle office preferred
