Position Overview

The Renewals Executive is responsible for driving, forecasting, and ensuring the closure of renewals while creating customer loyalty and growth through irresistible customer experience.

The role is also responsible for identification and creation of expansion opportunities. This role works primarily through direct customer engagement, collaboration with partners, and alignment with Worldwide Sales teams. In addition, this role focuses on the identification and mitigation of renewal churn risk and ensures the delivery of irresistible customer experiences.  

Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales quotas to drive revenue growth 

  • Direct Customer engagement with Mid-Market Customers across ASEAN

  • Manage the direct renewals directly with the end-users

  • Builds opportunity pipeline and forecast management for Mid-Market renewal opportunities

  • Works closely and aligns with Midmarket sales and partner ecosystems to drive renewal and expansion opportunities

  • Provides deal-specific primary and secondary sales support, i.e., deal creation, development, presentation, negotiation and closure

  • Serves as an escalation point for all renewal issues that impact the customer's retention and is responsible for driving risk mitigation execution

  • Identifies customer upsell and expansion opportunities

  • Reports on sales results and analysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product

  • Coordinates and executes collaborative channel partner, assigned territory sales, and customer sales meetings to increase renewals performance

  • Enhance customer and partner relationships, QBR's, drive and close renewals, while aligning TASE's /Sales management meetings.

  • Complexity: works to resolve complex issues and can exercise sound judgment in solution

  • Negotiation: Undertake complex negotiations with customers and partners

  • Influencing: Able to influence partners in driving the outcome of the right renewal

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent languages spoken and written: English with fluency in an ASEAN language like Thai, Vietnamese and Bahasa as an added advantage

  • Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in handling the sales/renewals of ASEAN B2B customers through direct customer engagement

  • 5+ years of software sales/renewals sales experience

  • Proven ability to negotiate $50k+ complex sales/renewals deals

  • Working knowledge of SFDC complex sales/renewals deals
