Lean Management: Manage, collaborate with central team and assist teams in the deployment of lean methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Six Sigma, to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
Training & Coaching: Provide training and coaching to employees at all levels to build lean capabilities and ensure consistent application of lean principles, leveraging the Agilent Supply Chain Excellence playbooks and materials.
Process Analysis: Analyze current manufacturing and logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the implementation of solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring: Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of lean initiatives.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
Project Assistance: Support multiple lean projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with ASE central team, cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, quality, and supply chain, to drive lean initiatives and achieve operational goals.
Change Facilitation: Assist in change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new practices.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, problem-solving, and proactive thinking among employees.
Minimum Degree in Engineering/Chemistry/Biology or related, and 12+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
10+ years’ experience with LEAN, CI, TPS, DBS, and/or Six Sigma tools and programs with demonstrated ability to lead and implement manufacturing excellence programs working in diverse teams.
5+ years management experience in manufacturing, or operations
Demonstrated ability to work in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders and with teams to organize and present business cases and coordinate resources across technical, operations, quality, site management and to improve productivity.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in lean tools and techniques.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
