About the Role  

With 3-4 years of experience, as an Art Director with the social team, you will be taking on the responsibilities of both a creative and a supervisor, this position will work together with copywriters, senior copywriters and carry out creative conceptualistion, supervise team members, control human resources and time costs, while producing creative work that meets Ogilvy's standards.

What You’ll Do 

Client Management

  • Communicate with account servicing colleagues and Clients to gain a better understanding of Clients’ needs, and provide efficient creative solutions.

Strategy

  • Work with planners to develop communication strategies into creative concepts.

 Creative Leadership

  • Responsible for each project assigned by the Project Manager. Work in collaboration with the copywriter.
  • Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefings, and innovate ideas with copywriters and other creatives.
  • Produce design drafts for teams and Clients based on different communication channels.
  • Control the cost of production.
  • Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.
  • Have good communication skills and teamwork skills when working with collaborators.
  • As a “creative student”, help other juniors become familiar with the qualities of commercial art and enhance their creative thinking and abilities.
  • Be passionate about emerging tech knowledge, share helpful information with colleagues, and provide inspiring creative ideas for works.
  • Be proactive about testing new technology, software, creative and social platforms in order to incorporate into ideation for creative output.           
  • Proficiency in mainstream design software.
  • Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
