Job Description

This role sits in IT Team of IFS Ultimo.

Your responsibility lies in the technical management of applications and interfaces between applications within the IFS Ultimo organization. You assist stakeholders from different departments in translating their requirements into functional and sustainable solutions, challenge the status quo when needed, and bring your advice to the table to achieve our common goals. You implement solutions with modern techniques. These solutions can range from minor adjustments, such as adding, modifying, or removing functionality on a screen, to major projects, such as building a customer portal or a high-end interface between the Portal and our Finance systems. You make sure you comply with managed expectations. Additionally, you work on reported tickets and can be asked to participate in new SaaS software implementations within IFS Ultimo. Your role is autonomous and dynamic as you interact with colleagues within different business processes.

About IT-services:

The international team you will join is part of IT services and consists of system, application management, and information security. Together with our team you will be responsible for office automation, on-premise infrastructures, application management, and Information Security. Weekly, we discuss the new projects and progress on projects you work on; we share insights, experiences, and blocking issues within the team. For some projects, you work solo; in others, you might be one of the team members working on the deliverables. In both roles, a high degree of independence and ownership is required, and you are responsible and accountable for implementing your deliverable.  

Qualifications

  • You have a degree in Computer Science, Application management, Information Technology or a similar field.
  • You enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders and minimum 2 years of experience with stakeholder management 
  • You are eager to delve into (system) processes and modern techniques and strive for continuous improvement. 
  • Strong technical background and track record with Integrations
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Application Manager 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure logic apps 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure Service Bus
  • Experience and Interest with Bicep
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, XML, JSON, relational databases, and writing SQL queries is a big plus.
  • The ability to switch between different levels in communication styles, being able to connect with all stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills and accurate in documentation
