Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain web applications using React.js and Redux for the front-end and Node.js for the back end.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Implement secure and efficient data storage solutions using any Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to improve overall development processes, coding standards, and application architecture.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in React.js and Redux.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as Bootstrap, jQuery, or Angular.
  • Ability to debug and solve complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Good to have Skills:

  • Experience with Node.js and Express.js.
  • Knowledge of server-side rendering techniques.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
