  • Advise customers on the deployment architecture and best practices for our products
  • Deploy and configure our solutions in customer data centers or cloud environments
  • Develop and configure use cases to meet user's needs
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Support the sales team by conducting technical sales demos and answering technical inquiries during sales
  • Serve as the interface between users and our product engineering teams. This is an excellent role to gain experience and insight into the cybersecurity industry

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience with Python or other high-level programming languages
  • Experience in Bash scripting is a plus
  • Familiarity with system administration (e.g., Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes) is a plus
  • Prior experience as an application field engineer or a customer success engineer is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to excel in a collaborative team setting
  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
