About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineering Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality application solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of developers across backend and frontend technologies, ensuring the successful delivery of robust digital solutions that support business transformation and innovation. You will play a key role in shaping technical direction, improving engineering practices, and delivering impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end full-stack development across backend (Java/Python) and frontend (React) components
• Design, develop, and review application code to ensure adherence to engineering standards, security, and best practices
• Translate business requirements and solution designs into well-defined development tasks and deliverables
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams
• Conduct code reviews and enforce code quality, performance, and maintainability standards
• Coordinate sprint planning, build cycles, and integration activities with cross-functional teams
• Collaborate closely with Application Leads and Business Analysts to refine requirements and solution approach
• Manage build packaging, version control, and release readiness to ensure timely deployments
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the development lifecycle
• Support testing efforts (unit testing, SIT) and contribute to defect resolution and system stabilization

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and integration processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical complexity
• Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
