Internship Requirements
In your final or penultimate year of an undergraduate or Master’s degree in any industry
Basic knowledge of and interest in financial markets and technology
Ability to analyze a problem, take a view and present a plan of action
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
A team player
Curiosity to further your knowledge and understanding of electronic trading & market structure
Ability to work 9 weeks on-site in Tradeweb offices from 7th June 2027 to 6th August 2027
At the conclusion of your internship, you may be considered for full-time employment, to commence upon successful completion of your degree program.
Process and Timeline
We are committed to providing a clear and engaging recruitment experience. Applicants can expect the following process:

November – First-stage phone interviews with the recruitment team.
December – In-person assessment morning, followed by an opportunity to network with members of the team and learn more about the internship programme.
January – Final decisions made and offers extended to successful candidates.
