The APAC Social Media role will be responsible for managing CHAGEE APAC's social media presence across Asia Pacific. This position involves creating and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with customers, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing within the retail sector, particularly in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to support CHAGEE APAC's branding and marketing objectives.

  • Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.

  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.

  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

  • Media Buying: Strategise and optimise media plans across different social channels and drive effectiveness 

  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of social media activities and inform future strategies.

  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve CHAGEE APAC's social media presence.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the branding, marketing, and communications teams to ensure alignment on social media strategies and campaigns.

  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify social media reach and engagement.

  • Compliance: Ensure all social media activities comply with local and international regulations and industry standards.

  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to team members on social media best practices and new tools.
