Location: This is a remote role. We’re ideally looking for someone based in Australia, but we’re also open to candidates across South East Asia and New Zealand.

As a Sales Manager, you won’t just be managing a team, you’ll be nurturing talent, championing excellence, and driving sustained results across every part of the sales lifecycle.

Your role is pivotal to our mission: empowering our people and ensuring every touchpoint with our customers is exceptional.

You will be the heartbeat of your pod, responsible for hiring, onboarding, coaching, and driving performance in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. Success in this role means developing high-performing SDRs and Co-Pilots who consistently exceed targets, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and grow with the business.

Fluency in English is a must. This role requires someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and motivation and isn’t afraid to get into the weeds to deliver excellence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build World-Class Sales Talent

  • Partner with Sales Managers and Talent Acquisition to execute smart headcount plans and hire A-players into SDR and Co-Pilot roles.

  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences via structured screening and interview rounds aligned with our “Hiring A-Players” playbook.

Coach, Mentor, and Develop

  • Own the continuous growth of your team beyond onboarding.

  • Use data to coach against key activities: cold calls, email outreach, pipeline growth, and customer onboarding.

  • Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and support promotion pathways.

Drive Structured Performance

  • Lead weekly Pod Sales Meetings, Call Reviews, and High-Performance 1:1s.

  • Set clear goals, review performance metrics, and drive accountability.

  • Align daily work with targets for Demos Sat, First Purchases, HVAs, and Retention.

Report & Analyse Performance

  • Master our sales tools (HubSpot, Tableau, Hyperbound) to spot trends, gaps, and opportunities.

  • Come prepared to Sales Manager 1:1s with deep insights and action plans.

  • Collaborate on regional strategies to optimise outcomes.

Partner Across the Business

  • Collaborate with Product, Ops, and CS by bringing customer insights to the table in key cross-functional meetings.

  • Be the voice of your customers—proactively highlighting pain points and wins.

  • Support Marketing on campaigns, trade shows, and geo-targeting strategies.

Own Admin & Systems Hygiene

  • Enforce compliance and accuracy across our core systems (HubSpot, Hyperbound, Tableau, Zendesk, Jira).

  • Ensure flawless documentation and clean data, enabling better decision-making.

Manage Performance & Offboarding

  • Drive high performance and take corrective action when needed via the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
    Own offboarding and documentation in partnership with HR.

  • Monitor ramp and probation plans and ensure alignment with holiday policy and seasonality.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
  • Fluent in English.

  • 3+ years of sales leadership or team management experience.

  • Strong track record in SDR or Account Executive roles.

  • Experience working with CRMs (preferably HubSpot) and analytics tools.

  • Passion for people development and coaching.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

DESIRABLE SKILLS
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or marketplace environment.

  • Exposure to sales hiring and performance management processes.

  • High proficiency with tools like Tableau, Hyperbound, Zendesk.

  • Experience working with global teams.
