AudioCodes is currently looking for an experienced APAC Sales Engineer to join our Voice AI team. This customer-facing role combines consultative selling, solution design, and technical expertise to help enterprise customers across APAC transform their customer experience with AI-powered solutions.

Your mission

As an APAC Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth by partnering with Sales to help customers adopt AudioCodes' Voice AI and Contact Center solutions.

You'll combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and consultative selling skills to understand customer business challenges, demonstrate solution value, design tailored solutions, and lead technical engagements that help convert opportunities into successful customer outcomes.

You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams throughout the sales cycle—from discovery and solution design through demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and technical validation.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to develop winning account strategies and drive customer engagements throughout the sales cycle.
  • Build trusted relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value.
  • Design and execute customer Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects.
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored solution recommendations.
  • Support commercial opportunities by contributing to solution proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and presentations.
  • Develop business value, ROI, and TCO cases that help customers make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Deliver technical enablement and solution workshops for partners across the APAC region.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Architect, or similar customer-facing role - Must
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales teams to win enterprise opportunities - Must
  • Strong presentation, demonstration, and customer communication skills.
  • Experience leading customer workshops, solution discovery sessions, and Proof of Concepts - Must
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Voice AI, Contact Center, CCaaS, UCaaS, CPaaS, Enterprise Communications, or SaaS environments - Must
  • Experience with at least one leading CCaaS platform such as Genesys Cloud, NICE CXone, Cisco Webex Contact Center, or Five9 - Must
