As a Proposal Manager in our Payments APAC Proposal Team, you have the primary responsibility of managing the development of proposals to clients end-to-end. Leveraging strong project and time management skills, you will provide critical support to the overall sales process by generating customized, compelling and persuasive proposals in response to Request for Proposals to existing and prospective clients.

As a Proposal Manager in our Payments APAC Proposal Team, you have the primary responsibility of managing the development of proposals to clients end-to-end. Leveraging strong project and time management skills, you will provide critical support to the overall sales process by generating customized, compelling and persuasive proposals in response to Request for Proposals to existing and prospective clients.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead in managing and controlling the end-to-end process, to ensure that proposals are completed in line with set timelines, in compliance with global standard operating procedures and controls
- Develop high quality elevated proposals in both form and content, in collaboration with deal team and collateral teams to accurately reflect the capabilities and value add of products and services
- Keep up-to-date with all new product enhancements, roll-outs to build up product knowledge
- Maintain strong control in timely updates of trackers and database
- Participate actively in team/group projects
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Support region lead in adhoc project and global initiatives
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Advanced/Specialist/Management/Graduate Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of banking experience
- Sound project management, with strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Highly collaborative with ability to work in an agile work environment
- Excellent desktop publishing skills, including a strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and other applications.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Experience in cash management/transaction banking
- Proposal writing experience
