Job Description

As the APAC PR Coordinator, you will support the execution of PR strategies to enhance brand awareness in line with Global and Regional objectives. You'll assist in growing the brand community across digital and physical channels by helping implement Regional COS initiatives and driving key media outreach.

The PR Coordinator reports to the Regional Head of Communications.

What you will do:

  • Assist in executing PR initiatives to increase brand visibility across both digital and physical channels, in alignment with global and regional objectives.
  • Help manage the distribution of press materials, samples, and other PR-related assets between regional teams, global teams, and agencies to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Support the creation of PR reports and post-event summaries, including media performance reviews and tracking key metrics for campaign success.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of PR events and activities across the APAC region, ensuring logistics and communication flow smoothly.
  • Work closely with regional and global PR teams to ensure effective collaboration. Collaborate with internal departments like Merchandising, Visuals, and Marketing in aligning messaging and strategy.
  • Support communication between PR agencies and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Help track the media landscape, including keeping up with key influencers and emerging industry trends, to provide insights to the team.
  • Assist in the management of regional PR samples, ensuring proper logistics and timely delivery to relevant media partners and stakeholders.
  • Provide general administrative support to the PR team, including organizing files, preparing meeting materials, and assisting with various day-to-day tasks.

What you need to succeed

  • Prior experience in PR, communications, or a related field—especially in fashion, beauty, jewelry, or PR agencies—is a strong advantage.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to liaise effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and media partners.
  • Proactive and willing to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
  • A general understanding of PR practices, media relations, and digital communications.
