Job Responsibilities

  • Identify growth, efficiency, and innovation opportunities within the Payments landscape.
  • Conduct data mining and quantitative analyses to uncover trends and insights.
  • Perform root cause analysis to develop informed solutions.
  • Lead transformation projects from inception to completion, including organizational changes and process optimizations.
  • Develop business cases, define project scope, and manage project execution/governance.
  • Analyze processes and identify opportunities to streamline activities to promote sustainable and scalable operations.
  • Implement enhancements to operating models and workflows to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess risks of new initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies to address potential impacts.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive successful transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex programs.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Highly motivated self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about the evolving Payments business, delivering end-to-end solutions.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and develop clear, persuasive outcomes.
  • Maintain detailed focus while considering the broader context for seamless project delivery.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to mobilize stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a complex matrix organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage various projects and assignments simultaneously.
  • Openness to adopting new technologies to drive innovation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience. 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in Payments/Transaction Banking or Consulting/Project Management.
  • Familiarity with APAC markets and regional business practices.
  • Knowledge of blockchain, AI, and machine learning technologies.
  • Experience with digital tools such as Alteryx.
