Job Description
Join our APAC Payments Business Management team as a Vice President, where you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the APAC Payments Product organization. This is your opportunity to support strategic initiatives and financial matters, contributing to the success of our business on a regional and global scale.
As an APAC Payments Product Business Manager - Vice President in the APAC Payments Business Management team, you will partner with the APAC Payments Rails Product organization to execute business strategy and perform financial analysis. Your role will involve regular interaction with multiple internal stakeholders both regionally and globally, supporting strategic initiatives and assisting with financial matters such as decision analytics and performance evaluation.
Job responsibilities
  • Partner with the Product organization to execute business strategy and perform financial analysis
  • Assist in the preparation of strategy decks, business reviews, and senior presentations
  • Understand revenue/P&L drivers and contribute to the development of narratives and KPIs/KRIs around performance and business drivers
  • Prepare monthly performance reporting, forecasting processes, pipeline management, including expense and headcount trending and analysis
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of regional governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with country and global product partners to support key business initiatives and projects
  • Actively contribute to the APAC and, as needed, Global Finance & Business Management (F&BM) agenda (priorities, projects, events)
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to support decision-making aimed at optimizing business performance
  • Provide strategic analysis, deep dives, and reporting to facilitate business progression
  • Build effective relationships and work closely with F&BM colleagues and functional partners across the firm

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Business Management/Strategy/Product/Business Finance or Trade/Transaction Banking role
  • Ability to leverage business intelligence tools and data visualization to develop insights
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; flexibility, ability to prioritize requests and multi-task
  • Strong analytical and numeric skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills; team player
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, communicate, and implement solutions
  • Disciplined approach to managing processes and controls with a view to improve
