By partnering closely with Technology and using modern digital capabilities, we deliver scalable, well-controlled improvements to processes and client experiences, with a strong focus on resilience, risk management, and operational excellence. As a Change Management Analyst within the APAC Digital & Platform Services (DPS) Change team supporting APAC Markets Operations, you will partner with Operations, Technology, and Data Scientist teams to identify pain points, translate requirements into clear deliverables, and support execution from discovery through implementation and adoption. You will also contribute to governance and documentation to ensure deliverables meet defined timelines, quality standards, and control requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver projects end-to-end by managing critical paths, milestones, dependencies, and delivery to cost and timelines.
  • Perform business analysis to understand processes, pain points, and opportunities, and challenge the status quo where appropriate.
  • Translate business needs into structured requirements (e.g., user stories, acceptance criteria) and maintain clear documentation (process flows, functional/data requirements, decision logs).
  • Collaborate with Technology teams (including developers and data scientists, where applicable) to clarify requirements, confirm feasibility, align on integration points, and finalize scope and delivery plans.
  • Plan and execute testing activities, including UAT preparation, test case coordination, defect triage, and sign-off documentation, ensuring controls and auditability are maintained.
  • Coordinate firm AI governance requirements by raising required requests (e.g., LUMA) and tracking approvals, actions, risks, and decision records to closure in line with internal policies.
  • Communicate clearly across audiences (frontline users to senior stakeholders) through concise status updates, decision logs, governance materials, and escalation where required.
  • Contribute to automation and analytics enablement by automating simple tasks or workflows, where appropriate, to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Relevant experience (e.g., business analysis, project coordination, operations change, technology delivery, or internships with measurable outcomes).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated structured problem-solving capability and ability to independently source solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to capture requirements accurately across business and technology partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines while maintaining documentation and controls.
  • Baseline technical fluency for automation delivery (e.g., understanding data fields, process logic, and basic system workflows) and the ability to engage in technical discussions with developers and analysts.
  • Learning agility with new tools and technical concepts, including the ability to interpret structured fields, follow process logic end-to-end, and ask effective questions to clarify inputs, outputs, and controls.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Hands-on exposure (coursework, internship, or project) with automation and low-code tools such as Alteryx, UiPath, or Power Automate, and/or data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Exposure (academic or practical) to automating simple workflows (e.g., data pulls, transformations, and basic integrations) using Python and/or SQL, and/or basic experience consuming APIs (e.g., interpreting documentation, forming simple requests, and validating responses and payloads).
  • Familiarity with GenAI / LLM concepts (e.g., prompt design basics, output evaluation), with an understanding that enterprise use requires governance and data controls.
