As the Regional Treasury Services Liquidity & Account Solutions Product Associate, you will report to the Asia Pacific Head of Liquidity Deposit Management. You will be working closely with the Global Liquidity & Account Solutions Product team, Liquidity & Account Solutions Client Structuring team, Asia Pacific Payments Country Product Managers, together with partners including Sales, Corporate Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Implementation and Client Service teams. As part of the APAC Deposit Management team the scope of your role will include balance sheet and funding management, deposit pricing strategy and governance, and product development, covering a full suite of deposit products for Payments and Commercial Banking.

Job responsibilities
- Contribute to setting product and pricing strategy for APAC Deposit Management products, ensuring alignment with the global strategies and regional and country priorities.
- Support new business growth by: ensuring deposit products are positioned appropriately, and well understood across the organization globally; developing product training for Liquidity & Account Solutions Client Structuring and Sales; creating internal and external product collateral to support the training and selling liquidity deposit products.
- Develop a robust understanding of market dynamics across the region - competition, regulatory changes, emerging client requirements and product needs across industry segments.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all relevant global (Basel III, Globally Systemic Important Bank (GSIB)) and local regulations as it relates to deposit products and resulting impacts on the liquidity portfolio.
- Partner with CIB Treasury and Corporate Treasury on balance sheet management initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and maximize deployment of Liquidity& Account Solutions deposits.
- Work closely with functional partners in Risk, Legal, Compliance and Finance to ensure new regulations are fully understood and acted upon efficiently and in a timely manner. Ensure risks and impact by segment are fully understood and documented appropriately.
- Ensure strong controls are in place end-to-end, including all activities related to client on-boarding, operational processes, legal, compliance, accounting and tax. Ensure strong end-to-end product management control framework is maintained and updated in line with changes in legal and regulatory environment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or relevant discipline.
- 3 or more years experience in a global banking organization.
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Strong financial, analytical and execution skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to understand and effectively communicate strategy.
- Collaborative attitude, with proven ability to work across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in Liquidity or other Payments/Transaction Banking products.
- Experience in treasury/balance sheet management.
- Organizational, administration and project management competencies.
- Market and product knowledge is an advantage.
