As an APAC HR Finance & Business Manager in the HR Finance & Business Management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering seamless and personalized HR experiences across 17 countries. Your contributions will be vital in coordinating resources to achieve strategic and tactical goals, helping us drive transformation within the HR organization. In this fast-paced, high-profile position, you will have the opportunity to enhance team culture and build strong relationships. Job responsibilities: 

  • Support the regional HR Executives in all aspects of the function: strategy, controls, people and financial performance 

  • Create engaging presentations and materials for senior audiences that effectively communicate the function’s strategy, performance, and priorities. 

  • Manage financial and headcount reporting, including budget reviews and forecasting, with a deep understanding of expense drivers. 

  • Develop insightful reports to help leaders understand performance and risk indicators, using analytical skills to identify trends and causes. 

  • Involved in projects as needed, handle unexpected issues and escalate to the right forums as and when necessary, and make sure dots are connected between regional HR teams. 

  • Facilitate communications and HR engagement activities for APAC HR 

  • Organize logistics for global leadership visits to APAC. 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 

  • Client-Centric Mindset: Excellent analytical skills and ability to structure complex issues.. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs, proactively anticipate requirements, and deliver reliable solutions that alleviate stress for stakeholders. 

  • Intellectual Curiosity:  A strong desire to continuously learn and improve, with an understanding of the latest tools and technologies, applied thoughtfully to enhance performance. 

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of objectives. 

  • Interpersonal Skills: A natural people person who can build strong relationships, motivate team members, and facilitate collaboration across diverse groups. 

  • Storytelling Ability: Skilled in crafting compelling narratives that highlight regional and functional successes, challenges, and opportunities. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations and analyses. 

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: 

  • 3+ years experience in business management, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles  

  • Experience with Data Visualization and Automation: Familiarity with tools like Tableau and Alteryx to enhance data-driven decision-making. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust to changing priorities with ease. 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead initiatives, even as the most junior team member, by leveraging strong communication and organizational skills.
