The Employer Branding Manager will develop branding strategies, create content, engage employees, and provide market insights to enhance Chagee's employer reputation across APAC.

We are looking for a passionate Employer Branding Manager to craft and strengthen Chagee’s reputation as an employer of choice, ensuring our people experience is as refreshing as our tea.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmployer Branding Strategy
- Develop and execute Chagee’s employer branding strategy across all APAC markets
- Position Chagee as an employer of choice through consistent messaging aligned with company culture, values, and EVP (Employee Value Proposition).
- Partner with HR and TA teams to understand hiring needs and create campaigns that attract top talent in F&B and retail.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Build compelling narratives that showcase Chagee’s culture, career growth, diversity, and sustainability initiatives.
- Create engaging content (videos, articles, employee spotlights, social posts) for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage the Chagee Careers page and digital channels to ensure they reflect an authentic and attractive employee experience.
Employee Engagement & Advocacy
- Launch internal ambassador programs to encourage employees to share authentic stories.
- Organize internal campaigns, culture events, and recognition programs that strengthen Chagee’s values.
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Store Teams to showcase employee success stories.
Talent Market Insights
- Research competitor employer branding strategies in F&B retail.
- Provide market insights on talent attraction trends, especially for new market entries (Japan, Korea, etc.).
- Track ROI of employer branding campaigns through metrics such as candidate quality, social engagement, and employer rankings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or brand communications (F&B / retail industry preferred).
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills (visual + copywriting).
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media campaigns, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with cross-cultural awareness.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
