The Role

An Analyst is responsible for learning Kantar’s Media and Creative solutions offerings and ways of working to deliver efficient and timely support for the team to delight clients. The role includes preparing questionnaires, survey script checking, handling fieldwork, data table checking, charting, running projects timelines with opportunities to engage with clients. This role is specialized for Media solutions.

You will be actively involved in project management coordination from start to end of a research project to build significant impact on our client’s business. We will develop your foundation of market research, so that you can carry out analysis and have proven research expertise. You will also have exposure to client management and consultancy.

We are looking for candidates who possess a strong passion and enthusiasm for strategic consumer insights, who are highly organized and enjoy working with data.

Strong communication, sensitivity to timelines and high attention to detail will be key to the success of this role.

Capabilities

  • Highly preferred if candidate has some experience (either via Internship previously or worked in Market Research related firms) with foundational skills (i.e. data tables checking, script checking etc)
  • University/college degree preferably in Business, Psychology, Statistics, Economics or similar
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
  • Clear and open communication skills
  • Ability to multitask to run multiple projects and prioritize own work
  • Able to balance multiple collaborators (internal and external) thoughtfully to achieve common goals
  • High sensitivity with timelines
  • Proactive in offering point of views in internal and external meetings, and voicing out when facing challenges
  • Solution-Oriented Approach - Offers solutions instead of just stating problems, thinks out of the box
  • Standout colleague – enjoys and works well in a team setting
  • Passion in market research and especially in consumer insights
