The LRO Operations team is seeking a Legal Technology Senior Analyst with experience in workflow, intake, contract management, and other solutions to support the LRO organization.  The Legal Technology Analyst, LRO Operations, will support the Analog Devices, Inc. LRO Operations Team reporting to the Manager, LRO Operations.

This position is responsible working in collaboration with the LRO Operations team with all aspects of LRO technology, data analytics, and reporting. This role is responsible for the design, build, and deployment of automated workflows for the LRO and enterprise businesses and functions. This role will also support the contract lifecycle management processes and solution. Working under the direction of the Manager, LRO Operations, this position will support all aspects of technology, analytics, and reporting for the LRO.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all LRO technology solutions, including process, design, implementation, and maintenance.

  • Serve as system administrator for the LRO intake and workflow solution, including requirements gathering and design, building, and deploying workflows for the LRO and enterprise.

  • In collaboration with the LRO Operations team, develop workflows to streamline and automate processes.

  • Support the LRO data analytics and reporting activities, including metrics and dashboards

  • Understand integrations with other technology solutions and identify new ways to improve automation.

  • Build generative-enabled processes and workflows, leveraging internal and external sources.

  • Develop key metrics for ongoing reporting that enables LRO to track performance, manage costs, benchmark with peers, and make informed, data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, AP, and other corporate functions as needed to support LRO activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in IT, Finance, AP, or Legal department.

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred.

  • Experience with legal systems, including workflow and intake, data and analytics, and reporting for legal or compliance functions.

  • Knowledge and experience with contract lifecycle management solutions, including processes and technology to systematize and automate CLM. Prior experience as an workflow builder preferred.

  • Administration of LRO solutions, including eBilling, intake and workflow automation, chatbot, and contract lifecycle management preferred.

  • Ability to learn new technology solutions and incorporate up-to-date and new areas of technology, including a working knowledge of generative AI and potential use cases for the LRO organization.

  • Experience building reporting and dashboards with metrics for legal teams using Power BI, Tableau, or similar solutions. Experience with data analytics preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer-focus orientation.
