About the Team

Our financial services team is expanding rapidly with multiple opportunities across banking and insurance clients. As our consultants are highly sought after by many within the sector, this has increased ABeam's reputation and brand ranking.

Role Summary

The Analyst will support consulting engagements by conducting research and analysis, preparing client deliverables, and assisting with day-to-day project coordination. The role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a willingness to learn across business, operations, and technology topics.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support project teams with research, data analysis, and structured problem-solving.
  • Assist in developing insights and preparing clear, client-ready materials (e.g., presentations, reports, simple dashboards).
  • Help gather and document requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action logs, and status trackers.
  • Coordinate follow-ups and support basic project administration to ensure tasks progress on time.
  • Build knowledge of industry trends and consulting methods; contribute to internal research and project inputs when required.
  • Work effectively with team members across functions and demonstrate a continuous learning mindset

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a consulting firm or in a role involving structured problem-solving, analysis, or project work.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in engineering, business, finance, economics, sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated interest and exposure to consulting assignments across business, operations, technology, or digital transformation.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-structuring abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and logically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to work effectively in teams.
  • Passion for continuous learning and development, with a desire to build both technical and leadership capabilities.

Good to Have

  • Project experience or understanding of the insurance industry (life, general, health, brokers, or insurtech).
  • Experience working with data analytics tools, process mapping, customer journey design, or digital/AI concepts
