Actividades del Coordinador Comercial
- Coordinar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de venta en curso.
- Asignar cartera de clientes o zonas geográficas al equipo comercial.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en el mercado o con clientes actuales.
- Generar reportes comerciales (ventas, forecast, rotación de clientes, etc.).
- Desarrollar estrategias de fidelización y retención de clientes.
- Coordinar capacitaciones y entrenamientos comerciales para el equipo.
- Participar en el desarrollo de campañas de promoción y posicionamiento de marca.
- Brindar soporte y seguimiento a clientes en coordinación con otras áreas (logística, finanzas, postventa, etc.).
- Validar cotizaciones y propuestas comerciales especiales.
- Reportar resultados y planes de acción al gerente comercial o dirección.
Requisitos del Puesto
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Economía, Tecnologías de Información o afín.
- Experiencia de 1-3 años en análisis de datos o inteligencia de negocios.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel, Power BI, SQL (deseable).
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado (según empresa).
