AML Technical BSA (Business Systems Analyst)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AML Technical Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the delivery of AML data and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AML project execution, data management, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on supporting technical and business teams through effective documentation, coordination, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support AML-related projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Perform detailed data mapping, data lineage analysis, and data management across all AML processes.
- Document business and technical requirements for AML data and detection systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of AML solutions.
- Coordinate tasks and manage deliverables across multiple stakeholders and project timelines.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve AML data quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AML projects, preferably within financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of AML processes, data flows, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in documenting business and technical requirements.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
