Job Description
As an Amenity & Hospitality Services analyst, you will be working with senior managers and maintaining high standards of service, but also in event management, vendor oversight, and personalized client service
In this role you will ensure that the highest standards of service are maintained through proactive and competent management oversight, support and planning processes over Chile Branch.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute of client and senior executive events taking place within JPMorgan Offices in Chile
  • Handle events planning, from initial setup to post-event review.
  • Provide assistance in coordinating with caterers to ensure that standards of food and services align within JPMC standards
  • Oversee and manage a robust vendor management including but not limited to Business Review Meetings for Conference center, Pantries and providing feedback and updates on all operational, strategic, financial, and personnel matters.
  • Maintain a flexible, "can always do" attitude to provide clients with a high quality, consistent product, and to ensure overall safety and security.
  • Provide metrics relating to meeting space utilization, visitor statistics, sales mix and others as required.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the provision of catering, floral, event decorations, printed collateral. Drive innovation and implement ideas to enhance services.
  • Ensure all clients are met and greeted and are provided personalized service, client needs are identified, and details communicated to all members of the AV, IT, Security, Facilities, Catering and external vendor teams to ensure seamless delivery of service excellence.
  • Deliver a quality service across the locations along with the Chile Amenity Services team.
  • Coach the Amenity services team and vendors to deliver a personalized intuitive client experience. Set an example and ensure standards are achieved in terms of personal presentation and grooming, present a polished image, following uniform guidelines without exception.
  • Oversee and manage the reception service to ensure efficient operations.
  • Handle contracts with suppliers and manage external staff for amenity services.
  • Review and coordinate the budget and inventory for cafeteria and client center supplies, maintaining optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Hospitality degree, demonstrable experience in international 5* hotels, event planning and food & beverage environment
  • Experience in managing teams, meeting planning and customer service
  • Experienced knowledge of food, beverage and catering services
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and senior executives
  • Highly organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and apply judgment to prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills in English; both oral and written
  • Work comfortably under pressure
