The Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) at JPMorgan Chase is pivotal in advancing the firm's data and analytics capabilities, ensuring strong adherence to data & AI risk & control while enabling the data & analytics strategy for superior decision-making and business outcomes to serve our clients and markets. By leveraging data & AI/ML, the CDAO develops innovative solutions to support commercial goals, enhance productivity, and manage risks. The Asia Pacific Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) advances the firm's data and analytics strategy, platforms, solutions, capabilities, and governance to deliver trustworthy, responsible, innovative, and commercially valuable outcomes across the APAC markets and businesses.
As an Associate in AI/ML Solutions Enablement, APAC, the individual supports the team in driving awareness, adoption, and value realization of AI/ML solutions across the region. The Associate assists in identifying use cases, gathering business requirements, preparing technical documentation, and supporting the operationalization of AI/ML capabilities. The Associate helps promote AI literacy, facilitates knowledge sharing, and contributes to building a collaborative community around data and AI solutions.

As an Associate in AI/ML Solutions Enablement, APAC, the individual supports the team in driving awareness, adoption, and value realization of AI/ML solutions across the region. The Associate assists in identifying use cases, gathering business requirements, preparing technical documentation, and supporting the operationalization of AI/ML capabilities. The Associate helps promote AI literacy, facilitates knowledge sharing, and contributes to building a collaborative community around data and AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and scoping AI opportunities by gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Support the adoption of AI/ML capabilities within business initiatives, helping to track value and outcomes.
- Work with business and technology teams to understand challenges and help translate requirements into technical documentation and delivery plans.
- Contribute to prioritizing business problems that AI/ML can address, supporting the alignment of solutions with business objectives.
- Help operationalize AI/ML capabilities across business units by supporting project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in translating business needs into technical requirements and communicating AI outputs in clear, business-focused language.
- Promote AI literacy and continuous learning within the team, encouraging engagement and development.
- Support knowledge sharing and help build a collaborative community around data and AI solutions.
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI/ML.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for stakeholders and technical forums.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Formal training or certification and 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, analytics, or technology roles
- Foundational understanding of AI, machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) concepts.
- Experience supporting data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation to ensure data quality and inform decision-making.
- Basic technical knowledge (such as programming fundamentals or familiarity with AI frameworks) to work effectively with technical teams.
- Experience assisting in the delivery of AI/ML solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to help translate technical concepts into business value.
- Willingness to learn how to measure the impact and ROI of AI solutions using relevant metrics.
- Ability to work with stakeholders and support change management and collaboration across teams.
- Ability to communicate technical AI concepts in clear, business-focused language.
- Awareness of APAC regulatory requirements and cultural diversity.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Exposure to building or customizing AI/ML tools and workflows.
- Interest in ethical AI/ML practices and governance frameworks.
- Experience or interest in the financial services industry, especially in APAC.
- Experience working with or supporting globally distributed teams.
