  • Collaborate closely with the cooperate engineering enablement team to import and localize AI chip development tools and processes, ensuring seamless integration with the existing R&D system and workflow.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive promotion and training plan to drive the adoption of AI tools and processes among all R&D engineers, including conducting training sessions, creating user guides, and providing on-site support.
  • Monitor the usage and effectiveness of AI tools and processes, collect feedback from R&D teams, and continuously optimize and iterate to meet evolving business and technical needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, AI, product, etc.) to remove obstacles, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain effective communication across all stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI technology and chip development, identify opportunities to leverage new AI capabilities to further enhance the chip development process.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field; 3+ years of program management experience in chip R&D or AI enablement, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects.
  • Deep familiarity and genuine passion for AI technologies and tools (e.g., machine learning, deep learning, large language models, AI automation tools), with hands-on experience in applying AI to technical workflows preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire chip development process, including chip design, verification, simulation, tape-out, and mass production; experience in chip R&D or related fields is a must.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing or implementing AI tools for chip design, verification, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with chip design tools (e.g., Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor) and AI platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in promoting new tools/processes within R&D teams and driving organizational change.
  • Background in both AI and chip R&D, with the ability to bridge technical gaps between the two domains.
