The AI Architect at Unison Group will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of advanced AI systems and solutions that align with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive AI strategy, ensuring robust architecture, scalability, and integration across various platforms.
- Develop and design AI architectures that support business requirements and strategic goals.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate AI models into production-ready solutions.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to best practices related to security, governance, and ethical AI principles.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging AI trends and incorporating relevant advancements into solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI development teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Proven experience designing and implementing AI architectures in production environments.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying AI models at scale.
- Familiarity with ethical AI, AI governance, and data privacy principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
