We are seeking an experienced and dynamic AI Architect to join our team. This client-facing role is ideal for a professional with a passion for leveraging AI and ML technologies to create innovative solutions that drive business value. You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with clients to deliver transformative solutions.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities
- Translate complex business, functional, and technical requirements into strategic architectural designs, technology roadmaps, and future-state frameworks.
- Develop high-level application designs and guide proof-of-concept initiatives to validate design alternatives.
- Perform cost/benefit analyses to recommend optimal solutions to stakeholders.
- Lead project-based teams to analyze large datasets, derive actionable insights, and implement scalable AI/ML models.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, ensuring performance optimization and alignment with business objectives.
- Build and implement AI-driven applications like chatbots and voice-assisted personal assistants using NLP and machine learning techniques.
- Architect and optimize distributed training and inference systems for large-scale AI models.
- Deploy enterprise-grade AI models into production environments leveraging cloud and on-premises solutions.
- Ensure robust data integration and modeling to support intelligent systems and enhance operational efficiency.
- Serve as a technical expert and primary point of contact for clients, presenting solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with clients to scope and estimate workstreams while delivering high-quality work products that exceed expectations.
- Mentor and guide technical teams in AI infrastructure deployment and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize client feedback and influence product roadmaps.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML technologies and drive innovation in solution delivery.
- Apply cutting-edge technologies such as (not limited to) Azure AI services, OpenAI, Copilot, and LangChain to address business challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years in AI/ML architecture and solution design, with proven hands-on expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.
- Advanced programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and cloud-native services (IaaS/PaaS).
- Proficiency in data processing frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) and databases (SQL, NoSQL, Vector).
- Strong understanding of NLP fundamentals, including tokenization, embeddings, and sequence modeling.
- Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks like Semantic Kernel, Kubeflow, and LLMFlow.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients at both technical and business levels.
- Experience with DevOps, security technologies (OAuth, JWT, SAML), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and distributed systems.
