Job Description:
- Handle financial transactions in the internal system and maintain accurate transaction records
- Manage travel and expenses claims on SAP Concur and process wire transfers post-approval
- Prepare payment vouchers and manage tax declarations and payments
- Maintain strict document control for invoices, financial records, and legal documents
- Oversee office maintenance, fixed asset tracking, and contract management
- Manage vendors for mobile phones, laptops, and office IT infrastructure
- Coordinate travel, transportation, and logistics, and support ASEAN events
- Gather, analyze, and interpret large volumes of sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop, maintain, and manage sales reports, dashboards, and visualizations (e.g., via Tableau or Excel).
- Collect sales forecasting from sales and identify potential market threats or opportunities.
- Occasionally prepare reports and presentation materials for regional meetings
- Occasional travel to ASEAN countries as required
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
- Liaise effectively across regions to ensure seamless office operations and optimal functionality
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in office administration
- Familiar with basic accounting or financial administrative processes
- Familiar with using Microsoft Excel (data modeling, PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
- Able to develop, maintain, and manage reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Tableau or Excel
- Able to analyze complex data sets and translate them into readable tables, charts, and related formats
- Excellent communication skills to present data findings to stakeholders and collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, with excellent organizational skills.
