About The Role

As an Administrative Assistant at Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management, you will play a key role in supporting business operations, management reporting, and strategic initiatives across the organisation. Beyond administrative coordination, this role focuses on project tracking, preparation of management presentations and proposals, and supporting leadership in driving operational initiatives.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives are well-coordinated, business materials are professionally prepared, and key deliverables are executed efficiently.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support management in coordinating and tracking business initiatives, projects, and operational priorities

  • Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, reports, and proposal materials for management reviews, client meetings, and tender submissions

  • Consolidate and analyse operational data to support reporting and decision-making

  • Monitor project timelines, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution

  • Assist in preparing business proposals, summaries, and presentation decks.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, record minutes, and track follow-up actions

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather information and align deliverables

  • Maintain organised documentation, trackers, and reporting records

  • Provide administrative and operational support to management, including ad-hoc business projects

We’re Looking For Someone Who’s

  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative, business support, project coordination, or business analyst–type roles

  • Experienced in coordinating projects or tracking business initiatives across multiple stakeholders.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, with strong presentation preparation skills

  • Strong organisational, analytical, and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail

  • Effective communicator who is professional, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate or professional services environment

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline
