Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team and management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a positive, can-do attitude, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

About the Role:

  • Assist the Building Manager with all administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Submit and manage purchase requisitions and prepare quotation documents on Tender Board.
  • Receive and assist residents, visitors, tenants, contractors, and workmen with directions and general support.
  • Draft circulars, letters, and reports, ensure proper filing, labeling, and reference control.
  • Maintain equipment maintenance records and oversee document housekeeping.

About You:

  • Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
  • Able to use Microsoft Office tools such as Powerpoint, Excel and Word
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Prior administrative experiences will be an added advantage.
