About the role

In this role of Admin & Database Manager, you will have:

  • Provide specialised administrative services for departmental projects using internal systems knowledge

  • Collect, compile, and analyse data; prepare complex, confidential reports

  • Conduct research and present findings to stakeholders

  • Draft documents, compose correspondence, and manage departmental communications

  • Monitor and analyse magazine traffic patterns and reader engagement metrics

  • Manage departmental invoice and purchasing processes

  • Coordinate content flow and publication schedules across Media Group publications

About You
In this role of Admin & Database Manager, you will have:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in administrative management, database administration, or related support roles

  • Previous experience in systems administration or database environments preferred

  • Professional experience in roles that demonstrate administrative coordination and project management capabilities

  • Experience working with database management systems and administrative software applications

  • Media/publishing industry experience ad advantage
