About the role:
We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for recent graduates to launch their professional careers in Singapore as an Admin Executive with Civica. We are looking for a bunch of talented graduates who can join us and start working on the MS office suit to do data updating and manipulation.
Our Admin executives are required to support in compiling Collection Profiling Reports for MOE schools as a project deliverable. This role will provide key input and organisation of both daily operations and new initiatives within the team, and across the group.
This temporary position will run from 6July 2026 through 31 July 2026 and will follow a hybrid work arrangement.
Requirements
What you will do to be successful in this role:
As Admin Executive, you will be providing support in compiling data analytics reports for customers and you should also be able to provide administrative project support as required.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Highly organised, driven and proactive in approach
- Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Basic IT skills and computer literacy is a must
