About the Role  

As a Personal Assistant cum Administrative Assistant, you have to be highly enthusiastic, passionate and very organized. A person with a can-do attitude and will always find a solution and not excuses.

The person may have access to confidential data/info and needs to handle the same with care and responsibility.

The need for being inclusive and adaptable to multi-cultural/diverse leaders is a must. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Manage diary - check on important meeting invites in the diary and pre-empt Managers well in advance and Book necessary meeting rooms and venue.
  • Organize internal/external/client calls with multiple time zones via Zoom or Microsoft teams
  • Follow up and Consolidate deck/files from markets and download to save them (usually heavy files …)
  • Expenses/claims submission in Maconomy
  • Assist in coordinating conference/training virtual events
  • Help align PPT slides/Keynote/Excel/Word document as and when needed
  • Follow-up on travel matters with airlines/travel agent (CWT)/embassy/immigration
  • Updating Salesforce oppty (data entry work)

What You’ll Need  

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills in a professional and responsive manner
  • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently
  • Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, attention to details
  • Experienced in office administration
