Role Accountabilities

As the Activation Marketer for wound care, you will leverage Solventum’s science, market leading technologies, trusted brand and global reach to actively shape the wound care market from within one of Australia’s leading skin and wound businesses.
Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing marketing plans for our comprehensive range of acute and wound care solutions.
  • Develop, monitor and manage marketing performance against key metrics
  • Support sales force activities field
  • Managing customer and channel relationships.
  • Lead cross functional teams to achieve business objectives and maximise ROI.
  • Manage pricing, inventory, strategy and asset development for multiple products at varying points in the lifecycle.
  • Execution of new product launches ( Vac Peel and Place ) , from pre-launch to launch and post-launch

Key Criteria

  • You are an experienced marketer within the healthcare industry with a passion for skin and wound care
  • You have demonstrated experience working with advertisers, hospitals, clinicians, key opinion leaders, channel partners, sales, marketing and clinical teams.
  • Business, Marketing Degree or Post Graduate Qualifications
  • Experienced in business & strategic planning processes, event management and digital marketing.

Additional Job Description

  • Actively contributes to the development and execution of all elements of the Marketing Plan.
  • Performs complex market analysis on customer and competitor trends.
  • Recommends marketing and communication tactics, pricing levels and channel marketing activities, and coordinates cross-functional team’s execution of efforts identified on the marketing plan.
