We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support the Finance team in managing client billing and finance-related matters. This role is suitable for candidates who are eager to learn, possess strong interpersonal skills, and are looking to grow their career in finance and accounting.
Responsibilities
Support the Business with post-contract billing activities, including reviewing billing requirements and entering information into the Workday billing module.
Assist in setting up client billing, processing invoices, and ensuring billing is completed accurately and on time.
Review Work in Progress (WIP) and project reports to support timely billing and revenue tracking.
Assist with credit reviews for new clients.
Support billing and revenue reconciliation processes in Workday.
Provide support for Accounts Payable and other finance operations.
Assist in month-end closing activities and General Ledger (GL) processes.
Support audit, tax filing, and other compliance-related activities as required. Undertake other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Team player with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Experience with Workday or other accounting systems would be an advantage but is not required.
