Main Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly financial close and reporting for Singapore entities.
- Assist with monthly financial close and reporting for Singapore entities.
- Manage the daily posting of bank transactions, matching of accounts payable/accounts receivables and bank reconciliation.
- Checking of staff claim to ensure compliance with group policy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support on intercompany transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of GST report and filing to IRAS to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with external auditors in the annual audit process.
- Assist in the preparation of audited financial statement and maintaining the working files.
- Assist with statistical submission to local authority.
- Support the implementation of new accounting processes and system.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the team lead.
- Assist to sub-lead the team on assignments.
Profile
- The individual should have the following experience:
- At least 8 years relevant working experience (Audit experience ad added advantage).
- Ability to plan, organize a large volume of activity committed and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Hands-on, independent, self-motivated and committed with a sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous, and able to handle high volume of intercompany transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office skills
