Job Description:
Main Responsibilities
-
Assist with monthly financial close and reporting for Singapore entities.

Manage the daily posting of bank transactions, matching of accounts payable/accounts receivables and bank reconciliation.

Checking of staff claim to ensure compliance with group policy.
-
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support on intercompany transactions.
-
Assist in the preparation of GST report and filing to IRAS to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
-
Co-ordinate and liaise with external auditors in the annual audit process.
-
Assist in the preparation of financial statement and maintaining the working files.
-
Support the implementation of new accounting processes and system.
-
Perform other ad-hoc assignments as directed by the team lead.
Profile
The individual should have the following experience:
-
Degree in Accounting or equivalent
-
At least 4 years relevant working experience (Audit experience an added advantage)

Prior experience handling full set of accounts
-
Knowledge of GST and L/C would be a plus
-
Strong attention to detail, meticulous, and able to handle high volume of intercompany transactions
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office skills
