Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable entries for Prism SG Corporate, Retail and ad hoc
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Bank entries for Subsidiary Entities
- Fixed Assets and Intangible Assets tracking and recording for Prism SG
- Assistance with Finance related workflow changes and projects (e.g. ERP implementation)
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company.
Requirements
- All-hands-on-deck attitude with an ability to remain calm and excel under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A successful track record working in a high-volume environment
- Able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively
- Proven experience in the finance industry will be an added advantage
- High flexibility during busy period
