Team Overview
As part of the team, this role is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations and data entry, perform month end closing process and financial audit assignments. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
University graduate or above with accounting background, with 1-2 years relevant working experience in MNC business

Flexibility: Ability to manage and execute on multiple, critical projects simultaneously
Computer skill: Have the knowledge of financial system of PeopleSoft and also Excel skill

Prioritize accounting matters with efficiency and effectively
Be supportive in ways to help the group in all around accounting development
Required Knowledge And Experiences
- Handle the full set of AP activities for Transunion business in APAC
- Prepare journal vouchers and be responsible for data input into accounting system / validation and filing on a timely manner
- Monitor the bank transactions and ensure all incoming cash, checks are deposited into bank
- Issue Intercom invoice within the group for recharge purpose
- Prepare monthly reports including AP analysis, Balance sheet schedule, Profit & Loss variance analysis, Bank reconciliation, Cash by source, Concur reconciliation etc.
- Assist Manager in completion of month-end closing, financial audit in a timely manner
- Liaison with all related parties regarding Finance & Accounting follow-up in a professional manner
- Perform up to speed to handle fast paced MNC environment finance and accounting deliveries
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
