Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Controllership team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
- Prepare and process insurer payments, addressing inquiries related to premium receipts.
- Follow up on complex funds and reconcile commissions from insurers.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of the annual audit process, including liaising with external auditors
- Liaise with external tax agents to provide necessary documentation and information for tax preparation and filing.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial reconciliation processes and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn, possess positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
