Are you a proactive problem-solver who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences? Entrust is looking for a dedicated Customer Account Specialist to serve as the vital link between our customers and our internal operations.
In this role, you won't just be managing orders; you’ll be the "single point of contact" for project activity, ensuring that every customer journey—from initial inquiry to final delivery—is seamless and successful.
What You’ll Do
As an Account Specialist, you will use your independent judgment to navigate complex logistics and build strong relationships. Your core responsibilities include:
Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary lead for pre- and post-sale activities, resolving inquiries, and managing the Return of Materials Authorization (RMA) process.
Order Excellence: Work closely with Sales to ensure order completeness and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of an order from placement to closure.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with Logistics and Credit teams to provide freight quotes, manage shipping documentation, and ensure timely delivery.
Strategic Problem Solving: Utilize the Oracle EBS system and Entrust business practices to troubleshoot issues and provide real-time updates on product availability and order status.
What You Bring
A Collaborative Spirit: You enjoy working across functional groups, including Sales, Technical Service, and Logistics.
Technical Savvy: Experience with Oracle EBS or similar ERP systems is a major plus.
Communication Skills: You have "probing skills" to identify customer needs and the ability to relay complex information clearly.
Global Mindset: An awareness of global diversity and the ability to interpret international business policies.
